Het huis ligt net buiten de kern van het dorp aan een secundaire, verharde weg. De buren zijn Hongaars en wonen op ca. 150 meter afstand. Das dorf hat zwei kleine Kneipen und ein kleines Dorfsgeschäft. Für gröszere Sachen geht man nach Keszthely, Sümeg oder Héviz. Im Dorf wohnen auch einzelne Ausländer. (Deutscher und Holländer) Es gibt dort viel Traubenzucht. Das Haus steht gerade auszerhalb des Dorfkernes an eine befestigte Nebenstrasze. Die Nachbarn sind Ungarn und wohnen auf etwa 150 Meter Abstand. The house lays in the village Vindornyaszölö, Petöfi Utca 10. This little village lays about 15 Km. North of Keszthely and Héviz, and about 18 Km. Southwest of Sümeg. The village has two little pubs and a little shop. For bigger shopping you will have to go to Keszthely, Sümeg or Héviz. In the village there are living too some Foreigners. (Germans and Dutchman) In the neighbourhood there are lots of grapes. The house is situated just outside the centre of the village at a secondary metalled road. The neighbours are Hungarian and live on a distance of about 150 meter.

De huidige binnenmuren zijn deels gesloopt of moeten nog worden gesloopt. In de huidige toestand kan men het huis nog niet betrekken, echter na renovatie heeft men een mooi huis in een mooie omgeving. Buitenlanders kunnen formeel eigenaar worden daar het huis in het zogenaamde binnengebied ligt. De huidige eigenaar is een Nederlander. Das Haus hat ein ganzes neues Dach bekommen. Das Haus kann nach belieben eingeteilt werden. Die Innenwände sind teilweise abgerissen oder müssen noch abgerissen werden. Das Haus ist noch nicht Wohnfertig, aber nach Renovierung hat man ein schönes Haus in eine schöne Umgebung. Ausländer können Eigentümer werden weil deises Haus im sogenannten Innengebiet steht.
